Seventh grade students were given permission slips and health forms required by OMSI.  Please help your child get these completed and turned in as soon as possible.

If your child has not turned in their money, doing so immediately would be fantastic!  Remember, if your family needs a partial scholarship, please talk to Ms. Jones
